About Me
Ok, in this file, i should say somethings about myself, and about this site.
Here we go..., my name is Radu i was born in the city of Targu Mures (visit), Romania (visit). I am a 20 years boy who just love the knicks. I also like listening hip-hop music and watching good movies.
My first touch with the knicks, was back in 1996 when i saw my first knick game. they played against the hornets, and they lost in OT.
I bacame a bigger fan, once with the start of the 1998-99 regular season, when i was keeping a notebook with all the results of NY, Philly, Orlando and Miami. The Playoffs were incredible!! Never tought they could pass over Miami, Atlanta or Indiana, but they did, and i think that was the best time of my life. Also followed the Pacers/Sixers fight. I was rooting with philly, but they lost...
Enough basketball.

Movies. I like good movies. My favorites are Forrest Gump, The Prison of Angels don't know if that's the correct title - with Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman, and Terminator2. I can hear you laugh, but there was something special about that movie. Don't know what, but there was a time when i had a big obssesion about that movie :). My favorite actors are Tom Hanks, Denzel Washington, Mel Gibson and... lemme think a bit... oh yeah, how could i forget... Forrest Whitaker. My favorite actresses are Meg Ryan, Michelle Pfeiffer, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Halle Berry.

About Site
I started this site in november 2001, but it was on another server, and it was called BigFan.NYKnicksFans.com. It was quite simple, had a lot of pics, some vague team info, a very rough guestbook, and not much. But i can assure you that it was well taken care of.
On The first page was the recap of the last game, with a link to NBA.com The server went down in march, and that was like the end of the world to me... :(
In a very short time, the site reappeared on go.ro having the name knicks.go.ro. Didn't liked that to much, and i switched again on 50megs.com, wich was very similar to nyknicksfans.com, and there i registered the NYKnicksFan.50megs.com subdomain.That was very very difficult to keep in mind, so in about 2 weeks i re-moved the site on FreeServers.com where you can find it today.
In the beggining, it was simple, made with the sitebuilder, having on the front page 3 articles from NY news papers. As i got more familiar with the HTML, i begun to do my site using only the File Manager, which unlike the site-builder, lets you to create your own template, and add as many files as you want, of course, can't use more than 12 megas.
